The confusion stemmed from the lack of knowledge that the magazine had announced in June 2019 a channel of podcast with the name “A terra é round” and that he had requested the registration obtained on February 27, 2020 from the INPI. misunderstanding ensued.
The magazine Piaui, once the facts were reestablished, kindly ceded to the site its legal right to the name of its channel of podcast from July 2020, date on which the podcast the earth is round, under the responsibility of journalist Bernardo Esteves, will end its first season.
